How you keep coffee to protect it from the air, light, heat and moisture that cause it to go stale.
Coffee is best kept in an airtight, opaque container at room temperature, away from the hob and window. The original bag clipped shut lets in air over time.
Avoid the fridge or freezer for daily-use beans, as condensation damages them.
